Selling Process

Step 1.
Select an agent and sign a listing agreement

Step 2.
Get your home evaluated and determine selling price

Step 3.
Review marketing plan for the property with your agent

Step 4.
If property is mortgaged, check outstanding payments

Step 5.
Arrange property for viewing availability

Step 6.
Accept a suitable offer. Negotiate if necessary.

Step 7.
Seller agent along with buyer agent prepares SPA and other necessary documents

Step 8.
Buyer and Seller go to the developer’s office and obtain NOCs after seller clears off outstanding payments and service charges

Step 9.
Complete title deed transfer at Dubai Land Department

Step 10.
Transfer DEWA account to buyer’s name.
